About Cryptopia

Cryptopia is a next-gen Metaverse game based entirely on the blockchain that provides players a grand opportunity to earn as they play. From inception, it was created with the idea that it wouldn’t be like any other blockchain game out there.

Cryptopia has actively been growing & developing, and we want to make sure our investors and community members are up to date with everything we’ve been working on.

April AMA

We held our second AMA this month, and we were very happy to see a much larger turnout compared to the March AMA. We encountered some great questions about Cryptopia and had an amazing time answering those questions in parallel to educating our community members! Growth

We have seen an enormous growth in our community, most evidently in discord, with more than double the number of community members; this is only the beginning for us. There’s a rapidly growing interest around the project; an influencer and now fellow community member, Peter Saddington, made an honest video review of minting our early-access ships as well!

Faction Contest

Cryptopia contains 4 factions: Industrial, Eco, Traditional and Tech. In our discord, we held faction specific contests, and some might still be running right now as well. The prizes are an early-access faction ship which comes with multiple perks and some merchandise as well!

Development Updates

This month we made great progress with the development of the game. There are many exciting updates to come in our next demo, which will be accessible in our Discord by those who have minted our early-access ships. You can get in on it as well! Below are the list of updates

100% Serverless Multiplayer & Live Position Broadcast from the Blockchain

This means we can see other players’ positions with the information being read strictly from the Blockchain; there is no local server!

Updated Early-Access Ships

Character Builder Preview

This feature enables every player to create and customize their own Avatar before playing the game. This avatar will exist on the Blockchain, and will be functional in other blockchain-based Metaverse games and activities outside of Cryptopia. It will be your own digital, decentralized identity.
